Terms and conditions:

A $150 booking fee is required at the time of the booking for administration fees, this deposit is non refundable and books your date and time. As a celebrant I hold legal documentation long after your day and this fee includes storage and security of these items.

The booking is not confirmed until a full deposit has been received. 

The remaining fee is to be paid 1 month prior to the day of the ceremony via bank deposit or cash. A receipt of deposit can be shown or emailed as proof of payment.

Cancellations will not receive a refund of their deposit under any circumstances. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to mycelebrant01@gmail.com if a cancellation is made within 24 hours an extra fee may be charged to recoup costs incurred for the booking beyond the $150 deposit. (eg. pre-booked travel or accommodation)

I reserve the right to leave if any party impertinent to the proceedings are more than 1 hour late.

I am not liable under any circumstances if any fees are incurred by the venue or other supplier for extra time required due to lateness of guests or the booking parties.

In the event of an accident or emergency all efforts will be made to continue with a stand in celebrant. If the emergency is with the booking party we will discuss alternative arrangements in due course before determining if there is a loss of funds.

Any extra costs incurred to provide this service shall be billed directly to you to be paid. Ie. parking costs or unforeseen travel expenses due to venue changes or wet weather plans (ie. taxi/uber).

Travel expenses – will be agreed upon at the time of booking and quoted accordingly. They are however subject to change up until the final payment of the ceremony is made due to changing flight costs or fuel etc. This includes reductions.

I reserve the right to cancel or withdraw from the service or ceremony at anytime if I feel my personal safety or character is in jeopardy.

Any Music shall be provided by me via Spotify premium and included in the costs stated within your ceremony. If the music cannot be obtained or a particular version is requested, you will need to obtain a copy at your own cost. The songs will be sent via email/text/messenger to you to approve prior to the rehearsal and confirmed again at the rehearsal.

Making Payments: You will receive an invoice from me with payment details and requirements. I do offer payment plans.
